The Executive Member Group (EMG) Award Dinner will be held Saturday July 27, 2019. EMG is the executive division of the Black Sports Agents Association. We take great pride in aggregating dynamic leaders in sports, entertainment and business for progressive collaboration.
Since 1994 the BSAA has been one of the leading organizations focused on the business of sports management and representation.
EMG brings expertise and capacity for fundamental transformation of athletes and entertainers from being solely employees with limited options into mindful entrepreneurial leaders loaded with information, imagination and courage.
The strategic mission of EMG is to leverage our robust access and influence to increase sustainable economic growth and stimulate impactful systemic social evolution.
As a rule, our events are intimate and exclusive to select mission-aligned invitees with proven proficiency, intentionality and cultural competence.
We are excited to announce our current initiative of modifying behavior and formalizing best practices for dealing with family, faith, finance, and fitness.

Adriane Hopper Williams is an Emmy award winning television producer and the co-owner of EnLight Productions, Inc. During her 20 years in the entertainment industry, she has been responsible for the production of over 600 hours of non-fiction television including award winning: talk shows, documentaries, reality and docu-series. Following graduation from UCLA in Mass Communications and from Pepperdine University with a masters degree in Religion and Communications she moved from an interest in journalism to entertainment where she felt more liberty to exercise her mission statement to educate, enlighten and entertain.

Williams
FOUNDER & CEO, FAVOR INTERNATION
Derrick Williams served as co-producer on “Sparkle” and served as the executive producer of films such as “Miracles from Heaven”, “Heaven is for Real”, “Black Nativity”, and “Woman Thou Art Loosed”.
Over the last 20 years, through his company Favor International, Derrick has offered services in five major areas: live events; film and television; business development; marketing; and artist management. He has orchestrated the production of numerous events ranging from fundraisers, award shows, stage plays, live recordings, screenings, seminars, concerts, tours, conferences and corporate events.

The Bay Area native and UCLA graduate has spent the last 35 years not only as one of the leading figures in the world of sports and business as the Chairman & CEO of the Black Sports Agents Association (BSAA), Andre Farr International (AFI) and House of Blues Sports Division; but he has also dedicated his life to building our communities through the mentorship of African American youth in entrepreneurship, civic leadership, and unique educational experiences.
